The Team Behind the Chapter
The Pelee Island Browns Backers are run entirely by volunteers who share a passion for the Cleveland Browns and for building community on the island. Each of us brings a unique background that connects Pelee Island to the Dawg Pound, and together we’re proud to lead Canada’s southernmost chapter.
Meet the Fans Leading the Way

Amanda Gayer
President
As co-founder and President, Amanda helped bring years of conversations about starting a chapter into reality. She oversees the chapter’s direction, event planning, and communications, ensuring that every member feels part of the Dawg Pound family. Her journey as a Canadian Browns fan reflects the passion and dedication that helped turn the Pelee Island chapter from an idea into an official reality.

Eric Doll
Vice President
Eric has been part of the Browns fan community on Pelee Island for years and serves as Vice President. A longtime season ticket holder, he has brought his passion for the Browns from the stadium to the island, helping to organize watch parties, support membership growth, and connect the chapter to Browns Backers across North America.

Mo Pierce
Treasurer
Mo is a full-time resident of Pelee Island and originally from Cleveland, Ohio, where her Browns fandom began decades ago. As Treasurer, she manages chapter finances, membership dues, and raffle proceeds, keeping everything transparent and organized. Mo has been cheering on the Browns from the island for years and now plays a key role in ensuring the chapter grows responsibly and sustainably.
More Than Titles
Together, this leadership team is focused on making the Pelee Island Browns Backers more than just a fan club — it’s a community. With the help of members and volunteers, we hope to grow into a chapter that’s not only fun and spirited but also gives back to the island we love.
